Protection of personal data is one of the priorities of CHOMTECH.PL sp. z o. o. in this connection we would like to inform you that the administrator of your data is:

2. contact with the data controller is possible via e-mail address: rodo@chomtech.pl, or by letter to the aforementioned address of the administrator;
3. the personal data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:
a. the dispatch by e-mail of the Company’s Newsletter (containing, in particular, information regarding the Company, its new products and current offerings). The basis for the processing of your personal data here will be our legitimate interest in conducting marketing activities and increasing sales, as well as maintaining business relations (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
b. to handle your complaint or service request or to provide you with information about the status of your service request. The basis for processing your personal data here will be our legitimate interest in providing you with the highest quality goods and services (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
c. to answer your questions submitted via the “Contact Form” located in the “Service” tab. The basis for the processing of your personal data here will be our legitimate interest in being able to contact you on an ongoing basis, to provide answers to your questions, and to establish and maintain a business relationship (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO);
d. creation of an individual account in the Extranet service available through our website. The basis for the processing of your personal data here will be a contract to provide you with a free account service (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA);
e. email, fax or telephone correspondence with you. The basis for the processing of your personal data here will be our legitimate interest in being able to contact you on an ongoing basis, answer your questions, and establish and maintain a business relationship (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO);
f. order processing, realization of cooperation, provision of services and sale of products offered by the Company. The basis for the processing of your personal data here will be the concluded contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);
g. financial and accounting. The basis for the processing of your personal data here will be the relevant provisions of tax law and accounting regulations, especially Article 74 of the Accounting Act (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA);
h. defense against and investigation of claims. The basis for processing your personal data here will be our legitimate interest in being able to defend against and assert claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA);
i. monitoring of persons entering the Company’s premises. The basis for processing your personal data here will be our legitimate interest in protecting the Company’s property (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO);
j. r ekrutation of employees, i.e. assessment of qualifications for the applied position, including the skills and abilities of the person, and for the purpose of selecting the right one for the job. The basis for processing your data here will be:
▪ Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code – with regard to name, surname, parents’ names, date of birth, place of residence (mailing address), education and course of previous employment;
▪ Your consent if your application documents (resume and/or cover letter) contain other personal information than the above;
▪ our legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO) in the form of the desire to select the right person for the position – with regard to the personal data provided to us during the interview;
▪ Your consent given for future recruitment.
(4) The basis for the processing of your personal data will be your personal data will be processed for the aforementioned purposes for the periods listed below, in the case of:
a. Newsletter – until withdrawal of consent to receive it, and after that time still for the period of limitation of possible claims specified by law;
b. a claim or service request, or to provide information on the status of a service request – for a period of 5 years from the completion and settlement of the contract, and thereafter for an even longer period of the statute of limitations for any claims specified by law;
c. a question submitted through the “Contact Form” – until the final response to it, and after that, still for the period of the statute of limitations for possible claims specified by law;
d. account in the Extranet system – for a period of 5 years from the liquidation of the account, and after that time for an even longer period of the statute of limitations for possible claims specified by law;
e. e-mail, fax or telephone correspondence with you – for the period necessary to maintain ongoing relations (e.g., exchange of correspondence), and after it ceases – for a period of one year;
f. handling of orders, realization of cooperation, provision of services and sale of products offered by the Company – for the period necessary for the realization of the aforementioned, and after that still for the period of limitation of possible claims specified by law;
g. Financial and accounting – until the expiration of data retention obligations under tax and accounting regulations;
h. Defense against claims and the assertion of claims – until the expiration of the statute of limitations;
i. monitoring of persons entering the Company’s premises – for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purpose of protecting our property, and after that for one more year;
j. recruitment of employees – for a period of one year from the end of the recruitment in question, and if you have given, also consent for subsequent recruitment processes – for a period of 2 years from the moment of collection of your personal data.
(5) The provision of personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary in view of the purposes referred to in point. 3.
(6) Your data will not be used for profiling or automated decision-making. This means that the administrator does not use IT systems that would process your data and automatically analyze it for the purpose of carrying out marketing activities.
(7) In connection with the purposes referred to in point. 4, the recipients of your personal data may be entities that provide personal data processing services to us and, in the case of employee recruitment, entities from CHOMTECH.PL
8 You have the following rights, related to the processing of personal data:
a. the right to withdraw consent to data processing – withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal;
b. The right to access personal data;
c. The right to request rectification of personal data;
d. The right to request deletion of personal data;
e. The right to request restrictions on the processing of personal data;
f. The right to object to the processing of data due to your particular situation – in cases where the controller processes data on the basis of its legitimate interest;
g. The right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
